Studiocanal takes 'Fragments' world privileges
Studiocanal has acquired worldwide privileges to approaching documentary "Fragments," in line with the eponymous book of Marilyn Monroe's documents, journals, poems and letters. Liz Garbus, producer and director of Sundance 2011 hit "Bobby Fisher From the World," will direct. Stanley Buchtal, additionally a producer on "Bobby Fisher," produces. Exploring a "magical, unknown Marilyn," Garbus stated, "Fragments" went into production This summer 5. It will likely be ready for delivery by August. 5, 2012, the 50th anniversary of Monroe's dying.
